The production methods


Castor oil of polyoxyethylene


:

The reactor should be enriched with 1 mol Castor Oils. Add 0.3% solid potassium hydroxide to the reactor. Stir. Stir. Maintain the reactor temperature at 160180. The reactor should be kept at 160180. The material is then placed into the bleaching containers to cool. It is made slightly acidic with 0.1% hydrogenperoxide, acetic acid and water. Following 70 heat preservation cycles the temperature remains at 0.5% for 5 hours. Decompression drying takes place for approximately 5-8 hours.

Polyoxyethylene castor oil

L-20 or HEL-20 both can be used for making acrylic oil. You can use them to wet, diffuse or emulsify oil. HEL-20 can also be heated at high temperatures and has low coking. El-40 can be used as an oil/water solution to make wool oil. El-40 can also be combined with antistatic compounds to create a powerful compound. El-40 can be used for the production of both pharmaceuticals and pesticides. El-80 could be used to make acrylic, polypropylene, and PVA. El-80’s antistatic and effective properties make it a good choice to use in the emulsification of organophosphorus pesticides and dioxin. This oil is suitable for painting, dyeing and printing textiles.
